Project Everyday Active: Pea Shooter Football

Moving around can be a fun activity! Have a look, and get inspired for how you and your family – – can combine exercise and quality time. For this motion activity, you will need: At least 2 participants, 1 table tennis ball and two straws. Stand or sit at the side of a table. Place the ball in the middle. Now, see which one of you can blow the ball over to the opponent’s edge. If there are several of you, some participants can easily sit at the sides of the table. If you want to make it more difficult, you can make small goalposts for each participant – – which their opponents have to try to direct the ball into. GOOOOAL!! Have fun!
